Description
|
Provides access to HIV care and medication assistance program.
Service includes: - HIV Testing and Counseling - on and off-site testing and counseling available
- Primary Care Service - receive general medical services as well as HIV care monitoring and AIDS medical treatment.
- Dental Care - exams, cleaning, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and other dental care under Early Intervention program (EIP).
- Nutritional Counseling - meet with a registered dietitian.
- Pharmacy Services
- Payment Assistance
- Ryan White HIV/AIDS Case Management - case management through Ryan White II program
- Social Services - provides case management, counseling and advocacy services.
