Description	Provides weekly home-delivered meals. Meals include: Frozen meals Fresh salads Sandwiches and wraps Snacks and drinks Milk and bread Visit the website to fill out the meals on wheels interest form. Note: Meals on Wheels is provided through a partnership between the County of Santa Clara and Sourcewise.

Hours Of Operation	Meals are delivered once per week on the same day between 8am to 5pm. Mon: 8am 5pm Tue: 8am 5pm Wed: 8am 5pm Thu: 8am 5pm Fri: 8am 5pm

Program
Eligibility	Persons 60 years of old or older who are homebound due to illness, disability, or have difficulty obtaining food or meals for themselves.

Languages Offered	Interpreter services available
Program Fees	Recommended contribution of $1.80 per meal, though no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
