Description Provides free Freedom Alert pendant and monitoring system to contact 9-1-1 with the click of a button.
 
Hours Of Operation Closed Monday-Friday 12noon-1pm. Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, George Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day

Eligibility Must meet all criteria: *Be 60 years of age or older or 18 years or older with a disability that is at fall risk *Must be a San Joaquin County resident *Must have a phone landline
