Description	Provides nutritious meals in eiter a congregate setting such as a senior center or in a home setting where food is delivered directly to their home if they are homebound. Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program information and application is also available at participating centers.

Eligibility	Call nearest senior center to apply. Must be 60 years of age to apply, but spouses of participants may be eligible regardless of age. Individuals with a disability under the age of 60 living in public, low-income housing where a senior center is located are also eligible. Eligibility: Adult: Yes;
