POWER SAVER RETROFITS: Helps low- and moderate-income households receive a free home energy audit with contractor consultation. Home improvements are then performed - at no cost - to stop drafts, reduce electricity or heating fuel use, and other environmental improvements. GREEN COMPASS PROGRAM: Provides community navigators to help assess household's needs and connect to beneficial programs. Can also provide outreach to teach neighborhood, club, church, HOA, or other group about sustainable practices and programs. People living in condominiums, mobile homes, and rental properties should call to discuss eligibility.
