Description	Provides a temporary cash assistance program for refugees who are not otherwise eligible for any other cash aid. Assistance is available for up to 12 months. Individuals may apply either online through BenefitsCal, in-person, or by mailing in a form. Please visit the website for a list of commonly required documents to process your application.
