Offers a short-term mental health coaching program that helps lessen depression. Enhances problem-solving abilities to individuals 50 and older. Promotes physical, social, and pleasurable activities. Provides evidence-based program that help older adults with depression or social isolation create healthier lives. Conditions that would make a client ineligible for PPSC’s PEARLS program include: 

  • Psychosis 

  • Schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder 

  • Bipolar Disorder 

  • Substance Abuse or Alcoholism 

  • Cognitive Impairment and/or a type of dementia
