Offers access to State Parks at no cost. The Golden Bear pass offers free vehicle day-use access to more than 200 California State Parks until December 31 of the year it was issued. Vehicle day-use fees does not cover per person fees, tour fees, boat use, camping, or any group day-use sites. For more information, list of parks and/or to apply, visit cdss.ca.gov/goldenbearpass
