Provides screening and assessment for Prop 47 services. Prop 47 aims to support individuals transitioning back into society after incarceration. Offers access to mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, and diversion programs.

The Probation Department makes the final determination of eligibility.

Eligibility Individuals may qualify for services if they meet all or most of the following criteria: -History of justice involvement -Ongoing behavioral health and/or SUD needs -Current or past misdemeanor charges -Identified risk of reoffending Individuals might not qualify if they have: -290 registry offenses -Active felony charges (these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis) -Any past or current violent convictions (these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis) The Probation Department makes the final determination of eligibility
