Description
|
NORTH POINT VETERANS HOME: Transitional housing program for homeless veterans with a mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnosis. Short, intensive period of case management helping move veterans and their families into safe housing.

Income-qualified veterans with at least one day of active military service who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Discharge other than dishonorable or bad conduct discharge due to Grand Court Martial.
