Eligibility
|
Determined by San Joaquin County Children Services:
*Receives child welfare services at the time eligibility was determined.
*Experiencing homelessness, at-risk of homelessness, or in a living situation that cannot accommodate child(ren in the home, including those who have not received an eviction notice.
*Voluntary agreement to participate
Eligible individuals include but not limited to biological parents, guardians, or kinship guardians. No rejections on the basis of income, past evictions, substance use, or behaviors that may suggest a lock of "housing readiness".
