Description
|
YOUTH PEER SUPPORT: Provides advocacy and peer support to transitional aged youth (18-25) in any stage of recovery from substance use and/or mental health difficulties. Services include individual and group sessions, developing a recovery plan, defining goals and objectives (securing housing, education, or employment), providing transportation to attend entitlement opportunities, connecting young adults with appropriate services and supports. No referral required.
