Eligibility	Must be 60 years of age or older and reside in appropriate zip codes

Languages Offered	Additional languages are provided via a translation service
Program Fees	No fees
Application Process	Call or Walk-in to sign up. Walk-in to pick up food.
Documents Required	Proof of Residency: Photo ID, utility bill, rental agreement, or any form of current address verification; Required to sign the EFAP Certification of Eligibility form.
