Residents may qualify if they: • Live in Baltimore City • Received OHEP benefits this year • Are at risk of utility shutoff or already have a turn-off notice • Still have a past-due energy bill • Are experiencing financial hardship Some households may be served first, including those with: • Seniors age 60 and older • Young children under age 6 • People with disabilities • Residents with medical needs • Very high energy bills compared to income
