Description	Helps address crisis response, prevention, and intervention to vulnerable community members experiencing mental health issues. Also assists those with substance abuse issues and homelessness. Team is made up of civilian first responders. Team responds to and proactively addresses calls for service that have traditionally burdened: law enforcement emergency medical services health care providers
