Description	COORDINATED ENTRY: Provides a range of services to prevent or address homelessness, by assessing needs and offering shelter referrals and rapid rehousing, eviction prevention, shelter diversion, permeant supportive housing and other community supports. Offers a gateway to access homeless services supports. Note: During extreme weather the line will have a automatic message that provides emergency shelter information. After the message there is an option to leave a message and someone will return the call. Callers should make sure to leave a clear detailed message.

Program
Eligibility	People in Baltimore County who are at risk of homelessness or who are already homeless. Individuals/families are eligible for shelter placement up to 90 days. Eligibility for other programs will be based on circumstances.

Program Fees	None.
Application Process	Call the Coordinated Entry hotline at 410-887-8463, Option 1 to discuss current circumstances with a screener and complete necessary assessments. If necessary, people should leave a voice message with their name and phone number, speaking clearly, and someone will get back to them within 24-48 hours. For shelter referrals, people should call each morning for availability. The agency will send a referral on behalf of the person or family if space is available. For other services the application process varies after the initial assessment is completed.
