DEVELOPMENTAL INTERVENTION: Provides early intervention for infants and toddlers ages birth to 3 years old that are suspected to have developmental delays or disabilities and receive an Individual Family Service Plan. Preschool special education services for families with children suspected to have developmental delays and disabilities, ages birth through entrance to kindergarten. Preschool children 3- 5 years old ages, suspected to have a disability, are eligible to receive special education, and under an Individualized Education Program.
