Description
|
EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION: Provides early intervention services including assessment and case management. Helps to target areas such as cognition, communication, social/emotional, self-help, fine and gross motor, hearing, and vision. Also offers a family support network for any parent whose child is part of the program. It is comprised of families throughout the state who give information, training, and support. Also notifies parents of conferences and workshops.

Eligibility
|
Children ages birth to 2 years with a delay of 25% or more in one area of development, atypical development or behavior that puts a child at risk for a delay, and/or a diagnosed condition with a high probability of delay.

|
Accepts referrals from parents, caregivers, physicians, or social service providers. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to call. Online referral forms are available on website.
