Description
|
DEVELOPMENTAL INTERVENTION: Provides early intervention to children with suspected developmental delays or disabilities age birth through age 3. Services include evaluation and assessment, special instruction, case management, audiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, family coaching, counseling, psychology, and providing resources and supports to parents.

Eligibility
|
Families with children from birth to age 3 who are demonstrating a 25% or greater delay in development; have a diagnosed condition associated with developmental delay; or are demonstrating atypical development.
