Description
|
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT: Provides services which include the establishment and enforcement of child support court orders, including location of the absentee parent. Searches for the absent parent, proves the paternity of the child, secures a court order for support, collects support payments, enforces the court order and reviews and modifies the court order. Persons applying for Temporary Cash Assistance must file for child support before they can receive cash assistance. There is a $15 application fee for services plus cost of paternity testing.
