Description
|
CHILD SUPPORT: Provides services which establish and enforce child support orders. Searches for the absent parent, proves the paternity of the child, gets a court order for support, collects support payments, enforces the court order and reviews and modifies the court order. Persons applying for Temporary Cash Assistance must file for child support before they can receive cash assistance.
