Description EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: Assists eligible Welfare-to-Work (WtW) and Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) customers with life skills, remediation, career counseling, employment and training services. Provides unsubsidized employment. The WRC works with numerous community organizations to remove barriers to employment, such as literacy.

Eligibility Individuals receiving TCA and food stamps benefits.
Languages Offered Language Line.
Program Fees None.
Application Process Eligible Welfare-to-Work (WtW) and Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) customers are directly referred to the WRC by DSS. No walk-ins.
Documents Required Referral from DSS.
