Description

SENIOR RIDE PROGRAM: TaxiCard program provides a monthly subsidy for transportation to eligible individuals age 60 years or older or individuals with disabilities. The program is funded by the Maryland Department of Transportation and the Baltimore City Health Department Office of Aging & CARE Services. Registration is required, applicants need a completed medical form to travel using taxicabs. TaxiCard can be used with participating taxicab companies to pay for an entire fare or a portion of the fare 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
