Description HEALTH INSURANCE ENROLLMENT: Assist individuals with enrollment into Maryland Medicaid throughout the year. During Open Enrollment, provide navigators to educate individuals about qualified health plans offered through Maryland Health Connection and facilitate enrollment.

Open Enrollment begins Nov 1, 2018 and ends Dec 15, 2018. Please contact 410-500-4710 or 855-288-3667, Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5PM for help in locating a site for navigator assistance.

Consumers can walk in for assistance at One North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM. It is recommended that individuals arrive no later than 4PM. Additionally, consumers can walk into satellite site at 523 Main Street, Reisterstown, MD, Mon–Fri, 10AM–6PM; Sat, 9AM–1PM.

HealthCare Access Maryland has navigators located throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard, Carroll and Frederick Counties. For assistance in locating additional sites please call 410-500-4710 or 855-288-3667. Individuals should bring photo ID, birth dates, proof of income, policy number of current health insurance, and  social security cards  for everyone in the household who will be covered by health insurance (or documents for any legal immigrants who need insurance). Also, bring information about job related health insurance available.

Birth dates and general information about every family members applying for health coverage. Employer and income information for everyone (for example, pay stubs, W-2 wages, tax statements). Policy numbers for any current health insurance.
