Description SENIOR FARMERS’ MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM: 2019 Provides vouchers to low-moderate income older adults for use at local farmers’ markets in the community. Vouchers are issued on a first come, first served basis, and getting to the location early is strongly encouraged. Proxies can be used for persons who are homebound.
