Description SHORT TERM ISOLATION HOUSING: Provides short term isolation housing to individuals and families affected by COVID-19. Individuals should have a positive COVID-19 result or have a presumed case awaiting test results and do not have a home OR cannot separate themselves from others in the household who may be at risk for COVID-19. MUST be COVID-19 related. Families are accepted. If approved, transportation will be provided to bring the resident to the TRI Center. Provides a private hotel room with bathroom, a television, three meals a day, and snacks. Residents will be asked to stay within the hotel during their stay. A clinical team provides daily monitoring to ensure individuals are safe and have their medical needs met. Assists with medication refills and connecting to primary care and mental health services. Case managers are available to help with any additional needs and discharge planning. The clinical team monitors residents to ensure a safe return home or other housing, most residents stay about 10 days. Will assist undocumented individuals. Guests MUST be able to complete ADLs, they do not provide personal care services.
Coverage Area Focus is Baltimore City residents but may be able to assist Baltimore County residents, call to be screened.

Application Process Individuals can call directly or be referred by a medical provider or other service organization.
