Description Offers hypothermia shelter from 7 pm to 7 am, providing beds for individuals and families who cannot be accommodated at existing emergency shelters. In addition, workers canvass the city distributing blankets, sleeping bags, hats, gloves, hot beverages, and sandwiches to homeless individuals. Transportation is provided to those persons who wish to spend the night in a shelter. Citizens should also call in to report the location of any homeless person they've seen who appears to be in distress. Home visits: Capitol Hill
